3. Services Provided

NxtGen Solutions provides B2B leads to clients based on their specific requirements. The quality and relevance of leads are ensured to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome from using these leads.

4. Use of Leads

  • Leads provided by NxtGen Solutions are for the sole use of the Client and may not be resold, shared, or distributed to third parties.

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws, when using the leads.

5. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid for in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the leads have been delivered to the Client, except in cases of significant errors or discrepancies in the leads provided, subject to the Company's discretion.

6. Delivery of Leads

  • Leads will be delivered electronically within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties.

  • The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by factors outside its control, such as technical issues or incorrect information provided by the Client.

7. Accuracy of Information

NxtGen Solutions endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee the complete accuracy or reliability of the leads. The Client acknowledges that leads may contain outdated or incorrect information.

8. Liability

  • NxtGen Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

  • The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the leads.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the course of their relationship confidential, including but not limited to lead details, business strategies, and pricing.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

  • Upon termination, the Client must cease using the leads provided and destroy any copies in their possession.

11. Amendments

NxtGen Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
