2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Non-Delivery of Leads: If the agreed-upon leads are not delivered within the specified timeframe, the Client may request a refund.

  • Technical Issues: If a technical error on our end prevents the delivery of leads, the Client may be eligible for a refund.

3. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for Clients who simply change their minds after receiving the leads.

  • Lack of Desired Results: NxtGen Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our leads, and refunds will not be issued based on the effectiveness of the leads in generating business.

  • Violation of Terms: If the Client violates any of the terms and conditions of service, they will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, Clients must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Submit a refund request in writing via email to info@nxtgensolutions.biz. The request should include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.

  2. Review: Once the request is received, our team will review the case and may ask for additional information or documentation to verify the claim.

  3. Decision: After reviewing the request, we will notify the Client of our decision. If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. In cases where the original payment method is not available, we may issue the refund through an alternative method, as agreed upon with the Client.

6. No Refunds on Subscription Services

If the Client subscribes to ongoing lead delivery services, refunds will not be issued for any past periods of service. The Client may cancel future services as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

NxtGen Solutions reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be posted on our website.
